เปลี่ยนสิทธิ (permission) เป็น 777 ในไดเรคทอรี่ ที่จะลงก่อนครับ..

/package/temp/ (ถ้าไม่มีให้สร้างขึ้นมาก่อน ส่วนมากจะเป็นเพราะตัวนี้แหล่ะ)

เป็น 777 ครับ

แก้ให้ข้างบนครับ ตอบพลาด
ให้แก้ permission ของไฟล์และโฟลเดอร์ดังนี้ครับ
